1. Website Usage
By accessing zdreo-skincare.com, you agree to utilize our website for lawful, personal shopping purposes. Automated scraping, unauthorized account accessing, or malicious code injection is strictly prohibited.
2. Orders & Verification
All product orders are subject to stock availability and address verification. ZDREO reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders or request secondary verification before dispatching high-value items.
3. Payments & Taxes
All prices listed on ZDREO include applicable 18% GST with zero hidden fees. Payments via UPI (including PhonePe), Cards, NetBanking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) are charged strictly at the time of checkout, through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All ZDREO trademarks, logos, botanical formulation names, product photography, and website content are exclusive intellectual property of ZDREO Skincare Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Returns, Refunds & No-Refund Cases
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be accepted for return or refund unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
